All Cummins entities are required to follow the new
brand standards. We encourage you to understand
how to implement the new standards, and to
carefully review materials as you produce them so
they conform to the guidelines. Materials that do
not conform to the standards will need to be
re-issued at the business entity's expense.
A critical measure of the brand implementation
success will be the level of consistency we achieve
throughout the company. Just as we learned from
Six Sigma that variation prevents a process from
being capable and repeatable, variation also
weakens the brand.
